NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 17th May, 2011, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 1189, in Volume D1 Folio 121/5022, File No. MMXI, by our client, Moses Njuguna Gitaka, on behalf of the infant Christine Muthoni Kinyua, of P.O. Box 79195-00400, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, the said infant formerly known as Christine Muthoni Kinyua, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former names Christine Muthoni Kinyua and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Christine Muthoni Njuguna, for all purposes and authorize and request all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Christine Muthoni Njuguna.
