NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 14th July, 2011, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Mombasa as Presentation No. 41, in Volume B-13, Folio 923/4507, File No. 1637, by our client, Jennifer Maria Mweu, of P.O. Box 3737–80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Malia Mweu, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Malia Mweu, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Jennifer Maria Mweu, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Jennifer Maria Mweu only.
