GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 109045

WHEREAS James Maina Muigai, (2) Michael Munene Macharia, (3) Samuel Ndiritu Wachiuri, (4) Paul Wachira Muthami, (5) James Gaitho Njoroge, (6) John Ngugi Mwangi, (7) Francis Kamau Muchina, (8) Joseph Kibe Kamau, (9) Leshau Self-Help Group, (10) John Mwangi Njuguna, (11) Wilson Irungu Kingori, (12) Peter Gachichio Warui and (13) John Kamau Ndungu, all of c/o the Chief, Muthengera Location in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors in of those pieces of land situate in the district of Laikipia, registered under title Nos. Laikipia/Marmanet Forest/3524 to 3539, and whereas sufficient evidence adduced proves that the said land title deeds were fraudulently acquired, and whereas all efforts made to compel the registered proprietors to surrender the land title deeds for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided that no valid objection has been received , I intend to dispense with production of the said land title deeds and reverse the said parcels of land to the original owner Jenniffer Njoki Kihara, and upon this publication the said titles issued thereafter shall be deemed to have been cancelled and of no effect Dated the 9th September, 2011 S.
