THE REGISTERED LAND ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS James Kiarie Moses (deceased), is registered proprietor of that piece of land known as Dagoretti/Mutuini/909, containing 0.10 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the city of Nairobi, and whereas Moses Wainaina Kiarie, of P.O. Box 320, Kiambu, has been issued with letters of administration to the estate of the deceased, and whereas the said land title deed issued to the James Kiarie Moses (deceased) has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I shall dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said instrument of RL. 19 and RL. 7 and issue a new land title deed to the beneficiary thereof, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the deceased shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
