GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 10949

WHEREAS Peter Mwangi Karugami (deceased), is the registered proprietor of that piece of land known as Ruiru East Block 1/2203, containing 0.067 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Thika, and whereas the chief magistrate’s court at Thika, in succession cause No. 328 of 2008, has issued grant of letters of administration to (1) Cecilia Wangari Mwangi and (2) Jane Wambaire Mwangi, and whereas the said land title deed issued earlier to the said Peter Mwangi Karugami (deceased), has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and 9th September, 2011 THE KENYA GAZETTE proceed with the registration of the said instrument of R.L. 19 and R.L. 7, and issue a land title deed to the said (1) Cecilia Wangari Mwangi and (2) Jane Wambaire Mwangi, and upon such registration, the land title deed issued earlier to the said Peter Mwangi Karugami (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
