GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 10951

WHEREAS Jacob Chepchieng Tiemoi (ID/5307228), of P.O. Box 32–30400, Kabarnet in the Republic of Kenya, is registered proprietor of that piece of land known as Baringo/Kapropita/168, situate in Baringo county, and whereas the principal magistrate’s court at Karbarnet, in Land Disputes Tribunal case No. 9/2004, has ordered the said piece of land be transferred to (1) Paziliza Jemutai Kandie and (2) Francis Kisera Chelego, both of P.O. Box 370–30400, Kabarnet, and whereas the court in pursuance to an order of the said court executed a transfer of the said piece of land in favour of (1) Paziliza Jemutai Kandie and (2) Francis Kisera Chelego, and whereas all efforts made to compel the registered proprietor to surrender the land title deed issued in respect of the said piece of land by the land registrar have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said instrument of transfer and issue a land title deed to the said (1) Paziliza Jemutai Kandie and (2) Francis Kisera Chelego, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Jacob Chepchieng Tiemoi, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
