REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Edwin Willie Kabaliach Boit, of P.O. Box 2332, Eldoret in the Republic of Kenya, is the registered proprietor of that piece of land known as Nandi/Ndulele/399, situate in the district of Nandi, and whereas the registrar of the High Court of Kenya at Eldoret, in succession cause No. 153 of 1997, has issued letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grants to (1) James Cheruiyot Boit and (2) Geofrey Kirwa Boit, and whereas land certificate issued to Edwin Willie Kabaliach Boit cannot be traced, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed issued to Edwin Willie Kabaliach Boit, and proceed with registration of succession documents and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Willie Kabaliach Boit, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
