Box 15, Makueni in Kenya, the deceased’s widows, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mbondo Kata, late of Muvau Sub-location, who died at Mubau Sub-location, on 26th August, 1975. CAUSE NO. 657 OF 2011 By (1) Linah Kithikii and (2) Agnes Mwemba Mghanga, both of P.O. Box 15, Mutomo in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and sister, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Alii Mwongela , late of Mutomo Location, who died at K.D.H, on 11th April, 2009. Box 150, Yoani in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Robert Ndambuki Nyika, late of Kiou Location, who died at Kasikeu, on 20th October, 2009. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
