THE EXPORT PROCESSING ZONES ACT

APPOINTMENT
IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 3 (3) (a) of the
Export Processing Zones Act and section 6 (1) (a) of the State
Corporations Act (Cap. 446), I, Mwai Kibaki, President and
Commander-in-Chief of the Kenya Defence Forces, appoint—
MATHENGE WANDERI to be Chairman of the Export Processing Zones Authority, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from 15th July, 2011.
