APPOINTMENT

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 6 (1) (a) of the State Corporations Act, I, Mwai Kibaki, President and Commander-in- Chief of the Kenya Defence Forces, appoint— GEN. JULIUS W. KARANGI to be Chairman of the Kenya Ordnance Factories Corporation Board of Directors, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from 13th July, 2011. The appointment of Gen. (Rtd.) Jeremiah M.
