REGISTRATION
IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by paragraph 2 (1) of the
Third Schedule to the Certified Public Secretaries of Kenya Act, the
Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Finance appoints—
Jackson K. Maingi, Mary A. Oyolla (Mrs.), to be the Chairman and Vice-Chairman, respectively, of the
Registration of Certified Public Secretaries Board, with effect from 1st
January, 2011.
