APPOINTMENT

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 6 (1) of the State Corporations Act, the Minister of State for Defence appoints— Lt.-Gen. J. Kasaon, Army Commander, Maj.-Gen. J. Otieno, Air Force Commander, Maj.-Gen. N. Mukala, Navy Commander, O. Ontweka, Alternate Director to the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Finance, A. R. C. Nzano, Alternate Director to the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of State for Defence, to be members of Kenya Ordnance Factories Corporation Board of Directors, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from 13th July, 2011, and revokes the appointment of— Lt.Gen. N. Mwaniki, former Army Commander, Maj.-Gen. H. M. Tangai, Former Air Force Commander, Lt.-Gen. S. J. Mwathethe, Former Navy Commander, B. Masinga, Former Alternate Director to the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Finance, as members of the Kenya Ordnance Factories Corporation Board of Directors, with effect from 12th July, 2011.
