REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Langton Crescent Flats Limited, of P.O. Box 47642, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is the registered proprietor lessee of all that piece of land situate in the city of Nairobi in Nairobi District, held under a grant registered as I.R. 15105/1, and whereas the register of titles (deed file) thereof is missing, notice is given that after the expiration of twenty one (21) days from the date hereof, I intend to reconstruct the register of titles (deed file) provided that no objection has been received within that period.
