WHEREAS Thathi Ndumano (ID/072592), of P.O. Box 67, Runyenjes in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of that piece of land containing 1.62 hectares or thereabout, situate in the district of Embu, registered under title No. Kagaari/Kigaa/1854, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register (green card) has been lost and efforts to trace it have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall open a new register (green card) provided that no objection has been received within that period.
