WHEREAS Idd Fadhili Mwaperu (ID/12902584), of P.O. Box 1586, Diani in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of that piece of land situate in the district of Kwale, registered under title No. Kwale/Diani Complex/1273, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the green card has been lost and efforts to trace it have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of fourteen (14) days from the date hereof, I shall open a new register (green card) provided that no objection has been received within that period.
