THE REGISTRATION OF TITLES ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Mugo Muruakuma alias Mugo Murukuma (deceased), of Kathangari in the Republic of Kenya, is the registered proprietor of that piece of land known as Ngandori/Kirigi/5512, situate in the district of Embu, and whereas the High Court of Kenya in succession cause No. 96 of 1998, has ordered the said piece of land be transferred to Charity Muthanje Mugo, and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deed issued in respect of the said piece of land to the land registrar have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof provided that no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said title deed and issue title deed and proceed with the registration of the said grant documents and issue a land title deed to the said Charity Muthanje Mugo, and upon such registration the land certificate issued earlier to the said Mugo Muruakuma alias Mugo Murukuma (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
