TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 98 OF 2011 By Mathew Towett Kipyegon Chepkwony, of P.O. Box 3900, Moi University in Kenya, the deceased’s widower, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Esther Chebet Chepkwony, who died on 30th March, 2007. CAUSE NO. 164 OF 2011 By James Mwaniki Waititu, of P.O. Box 483, O‘lkalou in Kenya, the deceased‘s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Monica Wamboi Ndungu alias Monicah Wamboi Ndungu, who died at Koiluget, on 15th July, 2005. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
