APPOINTMENT

WHEREAS by an extension order dated 5th November, 2010, I appointed David M. Kyule, to be liquidator of Tena Sacco Society Limited (in liquidation) (CS/2733), for a period not exceeding one year and whereas the said officer has not been able to complete the liquidation. Now therefore, I further extend the period of the liquidation with effect from 1st March, 2011, for a period not exceeding one year for David M. Kyule, Senior Auditor, of Provincial Co-operative Auditor‘s Office, Nairobi, to act as liquidator in the matter of the said co- operative society. Dated the 1st March, 2011. F. F.
