APPROVAL

UNDER the powers granted to the Water Services Regulatory Board by section 55 (2) of the Water Act, 2002, it is notified that the Water Services Regulatory Board approved a five year service provision agreement between Tana Water Services Board and Meru Water and Sewerage Services (Trust). Meru Water and Sewerage Services (Trust) shall provide water and sewerage services as an agent of Tana Water Services Board to the public in the Municipality of Meru and adjacent areas for a period of five years until 22nd June, 2016.
