NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 9th May, 2011, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as in Volume 853, in Volume DI, Folio 119/3004, File No. MMXI, by our client, Afrika Mwendwa Ndoto, of P.O. Box 46816–00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Teddy Mwendwa Ndoto, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Teddy Mwendwa Ndoto, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Afrika Mwendwa Ndoto, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Afrika Mwendwa Ndoto only.
