NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 21st December, 2010, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 344, in Volume DI, Folio 125/3051, File No. MMXI, by our client, Sabina Njoki Stack, formerly known as Sabina Njoki Wanyoike, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Sabina Njoki Wanyoike, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Sabina Njoki Stack, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Sabina Njoki Stack only.
