NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 21st December, 2010, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 346, in Volume DI, Folio 125/3053, File No. MMXI, by our client, Susan Wairimu Stack, formerly known as Susan Wairimu Wanyoike, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Susan Wairimu Wanyoike, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Susan Wairimu Stack, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Susan Wairimu Stack only.
