WHEREAS Promid Venture Limited, of P.O. Box 43508, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in leasehold interest of all that piece of land containing 1.342 acres or thereabout, situate in the district of Mombasa, registered under title No. Mombasa/Mainland South Block1/257A, and whereas Erick A. Jackson registered a caution claiming purchaser‘s interest, and whereas the registered owner has requested for the said caution to be removed, and whereas all efforts to get Erick A. Jackson forwarding address have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, the said caution shall be removed provided that no objection has been received within that period.
