WHEREAS John Kamau Mungai, (ID/2008044), of P.O. Box 147, Makuyu in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of that piece of land situate in the district of Thika, registered under title No. Kakuzi/Kirimiri 111/67, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the green card issued thereof has been lost and efforts to trace it in the office has failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall a open new register provided that no objection has been received within that period.
