the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act

ACT

PURSUANT to section 5 of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya, notice is given to the owners of the following vehicles KAJ 908D, BMW 728, KAK 201Y, Nissan Urvan, KAS 196Q BMW 520, to take delivery of the said vehicles within fourteen (14) days from the date of publication of this notice from the premises of Lucky Dedoe‘s Auto Enterprises, situated at Industrial Area, Nanyuki Road, Nairobi, upon payment of all outstanding repairs, storage and related charges, failure to which the said motor vehicles will be sold either by public auction or private treaty, without further notice, and the proceeds shall be defrayed against all accrued charges without further reference to the owner.
