WHEREAS Chris Nguru Gitimu, of P.O. Box 45052, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered proprietor of that piece of land containing 4.0 hectares or thereabout, known as L.R. No. 9363/93, situate in the city of Nairobi in the Nairobi area, held under a grant registered as I.R. 75463/1, and whereas the said Chris Nguru Gitimu has lodged an instrument of transfer in favour of Elma Limited, a limited liability company incorporated in Kenya having its registered office of P.O. Box 32199-00600, Nairobi, and whereas an affidavit has been filed declaring that the said grant registered as I.R. 75463/1, is not available for registration, notice is hereby given that after the expiration of fourteen (14) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said grant and proceed with registration of the said instrument of transfer Dated the 21st October, 2011.
