GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 13183

WHEREAS Nyalango Odieny (deceased), is the registered proprietor of that piece of land known as West Kasipul/Kodera Karabach/396, containing 4.2 hectares or thereabouts, and whereas the land titled deed issued to the said Nyalango Odieny (deceased), on 1st September, 1980, is missing or lost and the matter reported to Oyugis Police Station on 16th December, 2010, and whereas Moris Okech Awino, having been appointed by the principal magistrate‘s courts at Oyugis vide succession cause No. 24 of 2010, as the administrator of the estate of the deceased, and whereas on the 24th December, 2010, Moris Okech Awino, presented succession documents on transmission for registration and whereas efforts made to trace the said land title deed have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said registration of pending forms RL. 19 and transfer the said land title deed to the said Moris Okech Awino, as the administrator awaiting confirmation.
