APPROVAL

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 205 (1) of the Local Government Act, the County Council of Taita Taveta has with the approval of the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Local Government imposed the following By-laws— (a) The County Council of Taita Taveta (Forest Management) By-laws, 2011. (b) The County Council of Taita Taveta (Hair Dresser and Barbers) By-laws, 2011. (c) The County Council of Taita Taveta (Bicycle and Motorcycle) By-laws, 2011. (d) The County Council of Taita Taveta (Solid Waste Management) By-laws, 2011. (e) The County Council of Taita Taveta (Conveyance of Meat) By-laws, 2011. (f) The County Council of Taita Taveta (Control of Stock) By- laws, 2011. The By-laws shall take effect on the date of publication of this notice. Dated the 5th October, 2011. A. W.
