NOTICE is given pursuant to section 6 and 7 of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya to Blue Shield Insurance Company Limited job card No. 10611 of 2009, LPO No. THE KENYA GAZETTE 21st October, 2011 4132 4132 2238 of 5th March, 2009, motor vehicle reg. No. KAS 651R, Toyota Carib lying uncollected at the premises of Eastland Motors along Melili Road, off Mombasa Road, Nairobi. Further notice is given that unless the said motor vehicle is collected within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice and upon payment to Eastland Motors all upaid repair invoices and storage and any other incidental costs including costs of publishing this notice, the same shall be disposed of by way of public auction without any further notice.
