NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 10th November, 2009, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 771, in Volume DI, Folio 157/3472, File No. MMXI, by our client, Pauline Wanjiru Muchiri, of P.O. Box 50– 10106, Othaya in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Pauline Wanjiru Mugo, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Pauline Wanjiru Mugo, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Pauline Wanjiru Muchiri, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Pauline Wanjiru Muchiri only.
