NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 8th August, 2011, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 658, in Volume DI, Folio 176/4089, File No. MMXI, by our client, Solomon Wangwe, of P.O. Box 25392–00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Solomon Wangwe Mutsami, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Solomon Wangwe Mutsami, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Solomon Wangwe, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Solomon Wangwe only.
