WHEREAS (1) Mohamed Haji Abdulkarim and (2) Khamisi Ali, both of P.O. Box 81301, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors in freehold interest of that piece of land situate in Mombasa Municipality in the district of Mombasa, registered under title No. Mombasa/Block XLV/44, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land title deed issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new land title deed provided that no objection has been received within that period.
