TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 662 OF 2011 By Johnstone Ngure Maina, of P.O. Box 1926, Machakos in Kenya, the deceased‘s father, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mary Wangari Ngure, late of Machakos, who died at Nyandarua District, on 29th August, 2007. CAUSE NO. 814 OF 2011 By (1) Hellen Lima Musyoka and (2) Phillip Mwangangi Wambua, both of P.O. Box 14052–00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased‘s widow and brother-in-law, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Benjamin Matata Wambua, late of Makueni, who died at Spallanzani Hospital in Italy, on 24th February, 2011. CAUSE NO. 869 OF 2011 (1) Francis M. Mutiso and (2) Paul Mutiso Ndeto, all of P.O. Box 1081, Machakos in Kenya, the deceased‘s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jacob Mutiso Ndeto, late of Mutituni, who died at Mutituni, on 15th March, 1996. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
