CAUSE NO. 508 OF 2011 By (1) Agnes Tiira Marangu and (2) Lawi Muriungi M‘Imathiu, both of P.O. Box 1481, Meru in Kenya, the deceased‘s widow and nephew, respectively, through Messrs. Wilson P. Mburugu & Co., advocates of Meru, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jamlick Magiri, late of Gikune, who died there on 6th April, 2000.
