APPOINTMENT

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 260 (1) of the Local Government Act, the County Council of Nakuru appoints— ANTHONY OWUOR to be a public prosecutor for the purposes of all cases arising under the Local Government Act, or under any By-law made by the County Council of Nakuru, whether under that Act or otherwise.
