APPOINTMENT
IT IS notified for general information that in exercise of the provision of section 4 (1) (ii) of the Rating Act, the Deputy Prime
Minister and Minister for Local Government has granted approval the
County Council of Taita Taveta to adopt the ―Site Value Rate‖ for the purpose of levying rates on the Draft Valuation Roll, 2012 within its area of jurisdiction.
