THE VALUATION FOR RATING ACT
(Cap. 266)
DECLARATION
IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 6 of the
Valuation for Rating Act, the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for
Local Government declares that ―valuer in preparing any Draft
Valuation Roll or Draft Supplementary Valuation Roll, need neither value nor include in the roll the value of the land or the assessment for improvement rate, as required by paragraphs (c) and (e) respectively of this section‖.
