IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 5 of the Constituencies Development Fund (Amendment) Act, 2007, the Minister of State for Planning, National Development and Vision 2030 appoints: Under section 5 (3) (a)— Permanent Secretary, Ministry of State for Planning, National Development and Vision 2030; Under section 5(3) (b)— Permanent Secretary, Office of the Deputy Prime Minister and Ministry of Finance; Under section 5 (3) (c)— Clerk of the National Assembly; Under section 5 (3) (d)— Attorney-General; Under section 5( 3) (e)— Jennifer Naafula Barassa (Ms.), Hillary Ntabo Nyaanga (Eng.), Jane Nyawira Kabugi (Dr.), Xavier Maina Nyamu, Rosalia Shida Nyalle (Mrs.) Major Rose Mbula Kioko, Ahmed Ibrahim Abass, Under section 5 (3) (f)— Odongo Mark Okeyo, John Ongenge Wamakonjio (Dr.), David Tito Kiprono Koross, as members of the Board of the Constituencies Development Fund with effect from 9th September, 2011 for a period of three (3) years.
