THE REGISTRATION OF TITLES ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Peter Kiambuthi and (2) Jane Wairimu Kiambuthi, both of P.O. Box 21201, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, are the registered proprietors lesses of all that piece of land known as L.R. No. 4871/43, situate north of Kikuyu trading centre in Kiambu District, by virtue of a certificate of title registered as I.R. 41729/1, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of title issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of ninety (90) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
