THE REGISTRATION OF TITLES ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Jayantilal Jivraj Shah, (2) Dhirendra Jivraji and (3) Nitinkumar Jivraji Shah, all of P.O. Box 98257, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, are the registered proprietors in leasehold interest of all that piece of land containing 0.3102 hectare or thereabouts, known as 5353/1/MN, situate in Mombasa Municipality in Mombasa District, by virtue of a certificate of title registered as C.R. 18803, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of title issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of ninety (90) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
