GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 11319

WHEREAS James Kiarie Moses (deceased), is registered proprietor of these pieces of land known as Ndumberi/Riabai/T.216, Ndumberi/Riabai/640, Nguirubi/Thigio/1060, Kiambu Township/ Block 1/31, containing 0.22 Acre, 0.76 hectare, 5.60 hectares, 0.0465 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Kiambu, and whereas the High Court of Nairobi, Succession Cause No. 759 of 2008, has issued grant of letters of administration to (1) Moses Wainaina Kiarie and (2) Joyce Gathoni Kiarie, and whereas the said land title deed issued to the James Kiarie Moses (deceased) has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I shall dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said instrument of RL. 19 and RL. 7 and issue a new land title deed to the beneficiaries thereof, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to James Kiarie Moses (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
