take notice that a petition for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of the above- named deceased, who died at Coast Provincial General Hospital, on 23rd October, 2010, has been filed in this registry by (1) Yusuf Mumbo and (2) Jamila Yusuf, both of P.O. Box 83882, Mombasa, in their respective capacities as widower and daughter of the deceased. 16th September, 2011 THE KENYA GAZETTE And further take notice that objections in the prescribed form to the making of the proposed grant are invited and must be lodged in this registry within thirty (30) days of publication of this notice.
