ACT

pursuant to section 5 of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya, to the owners of the undermentioned motor vehicles— Nissan Urvan E24 reg. No. KAM 205K, Peugeot 405 reg. No. KAD 832D, Toyota DX KE70 reg. No. KAA 459M, Toyota Carina reg. No. KMV 458, which are lying at their garage aforesaid, to take delivery of the same within forteen (14) days from the date of publication of this notice upon payment of storage charges and any other related expenses, failure to which the said vehicles will be sold by public auction or private treaty to defray such charges and expenses without any further notice thereof.
