WHEREAS John Kirui Muthiora, of P.O. Box 172–00200, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in leasehold interest of all those pieces of land situate in the city of Nairobi, registered under title Nos. Dagoretti/Riruta 3852, 3855, 3856 and 3858, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the certificate of lease issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue new certificate of leases provided that no objection has been received within that period.
