GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 11688

WHEREAS Thomas Oyolo Mushiyi, is registered proprietor of that piece of land known as Kisa/Shibinga/1558, situate in the district of Kakamega, and whereas award No. 178 of 2008, has ordered that the said piece of land be transferred to Julius Otwoma Opala of P.O. Box 8824, Nairobi, and whereas the executive officer of the said court has in pursuance to an order of the said court executed a subdivision/transfer of the said piece of land in favour of Julius Otwoma Opala, and whereas all efforts made to compel the registered proprietor to surrender the land title deed issued to the land registrar have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the transfer and issue a land title deed to the said Julius Otwoma Opala, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to Thomas Oyolo Mushiyi, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
