REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Kamau Kabaiku alias Julius Kamau Kabaiku (deceased), is registered proprietor of that piece of land known as Mitubiri Wempa Block 1/5592, containing 0.405 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Thika, and whereas the chief magistrate‘s court at Thika, in succession cause No. 4 of 2009, has issued grant letters of administration to Peter Kabaiku Kamau and (2) Michael Karanja Kama, and whereas the land title deed issued earlier to Kamau Kabaiku alias Julius Kamau Kabaiku (deceased), has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said instrument of RL. 19 and RL. 7, and upon such registration land title deed issued earlier to the said Kamau Kabaiku alias Julius Kamau Kabaiku (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
