REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Paul Mwakau Mwalonyi (deceased), is registered proprietor of that piece of land known as Mgange/Nyika/919, situate in the district of Taita/Taveta, and whereas the senior resident magistrate‘s court at Voi, in succession cause No. 6 of 1990, has issued grant letters of administration to Josphat Mwabili Mwakau and five others, and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deed and be surrendered to the land registrar for cancellation has failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said administration letters to Josphat Mwabili Mwakau and five others, and upon such registration land title deed issued earlier to the said Paul Mwakau Mwalonyi (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
