GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 11692

WHEREAS Isaya Kulali Okwoku, of P.O. Box 83, Bunyore in the Republic of Kenya, is registered proprietor in freehold interest of that piece of land containing 0.25 hectare or thereabouts, and whereas the senior resident magistrate‘s court at Vihiga, in civil suit No. 31 of 2009, has ordered that the said piece of land be transferred to David Amayamu of P.O. Box 681–00518, Nairobi, and whereas the executive officer of the said court executed a transfer of the said piece of land in favour of David Amayamu, and whereas all efforts made to compel the registered proprietor to surrender the land title deed issued to the land registrar have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said instrument of transfer and issue a land title deed to the said David Amayamu, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to Isaya Kulali Okwoku, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
