THE REGISTERED LAND ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Edward Kibumba Mukhwana, is the registered proprietor of that piece of land known as Uasin Gishu/Illula/307, situate in the district of Uasin Gishu, and whereas the district land registrar in letter Ref: UG/653, has issued summons under section 8 (b) of R.L.A. Cap. 300 Laws of Kenya to the said Edward Kibumba Mukhwana, to appear in respect to the said land issued to him, and whereas all efforts made to compel the registered proprietor to surrender the title deed issued in respect of the said piece of land to the land registrar have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed to cancel the registration in favour of Edward Kibumba Mukhwana and reinstate the name of Joseph Kiptiony Kiprono, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to Edward Kibumba Mukhwana, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
