GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 11694

WHEREAS Agnes Nyaboke Obongo, of P.O. Box 1805, Kisii in the Republic of Kenya, is registered proprietor of that piece of land known as Central Kitutu/Bogetaorio/1688, situate in the district of Nyamira, and whereas the senior principal magistrate‘s court at Nyamira, in civil suit No. 77 of 2005, has ordered that the said piece of land be transferred to Joseph Ombaire Saboke of P.O. Box 1805, Kisii, and whereas the deputy registrar/executive officer of the said court has in pursuance to an order of the said court executed a transfer of the said piece of land in favour of Joseph Ombaire Saboke, and whereas all efforts made to compel the registered proprietor to surrender the land title deed issued to the land registrar have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said instrument of transfer and issue a land title deed to the said Joseph Ombaire Saboke, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to Agnes Nyaboke Obongo, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
